Invasive Species Action Plans

The aim of the documents contained in this section of the website is to guide actions required to prevent further spread of the relevant species. Each plan has identified protocols which inform actions required to effectively respond to invasions more effectively. The information is of relevance to policy makers, local authorities and site managers wishing to implement plans on the ground.

The aims of each of these plans can be achieved through the review and implementation of legislation; raising awareness of the economic and environmental impacts of this potentially invasive genus; developing policy, networks, and those implementing actions needed to deal with incursions.
